After answering many personal questions like age, education etc uploaded my cv.
Then to complete the application it was requested that I answered two questions while I was being recorded.

HireVue may ask about recent news, why you chose BlackRock, which company principle matters most to you, and why you applied for this position — answering well can secure acceptance.

They asked me, “Why did you choose BlackRock, and how does our purpose align with your professional values?”
The interview went well but for some reason i was not selected, maybe i was not the suitable for the job role they had. The process had 3 rounds aptitude, technical and hr round.

People are very nice and first-round contains 4 x 30minutes interviews
