    Pros

    Good benfits and flexible hours. Intellectually challenging work.

    Cons

    Promotions based on tenure and not impact or skills. Bullying behaviour allowed in managers. Very political culture and insecure middle managers who treat employees unfairly whilst seeking personal agenda.

    Advice to Management

    Decision on who to make managers should be more carefully evaluated. Promotion process should be more transparent and fair.

    Pros

    Some great people who are willing to collaborate and deliver quality results for the company,

    Cons

    No support from senior management and in some cases employees are bullied to the point of leaving. Good people are made victims of personal preferences of senior management.

    Advice to Management

    Radically examine the senior management population and determine those who are not delivering in their roles. Ensure senior management are following the company guidelines and provide adequate management, counsel and development of staff.
