First round was basic competency questions based on the BlackRock principles, prepare situational and behavioural questions for those 5 principles. Second round was with directors and head of UK wealth, more conversational had a really great time talking with them - they just want to get to know how you interact with others, how you speak, and you as a person. Be a good listener!

After the recorded video interview there was a wait of several months before 2 interviews with team members with a mix of technical, competency and motivational questions, followed by a single final interview on the same topics.

Interview
Virtual and had 3 mins to prepare your responses. Was through hirevue and not an actual in-person interview for first round. Basic questions and honestly had a lot of excess time to prepare as well.

Discuss a recent market event and how it affected businesses and individuals?
4 30 minute interviews with VP level and up. Mostly behavioral questions and some market based questions. Interviews were more conversational except for the last one. I had my final interview with the head of the team and it was more of a traditional interview style.
