After submitting cover letter and CV, there is the first round of interview online on demand, you need o answer three pre-recorded interview, two question are behavioural and to assess your motivation the third is related to some skill or knowledge needed for the the division you applied for.
So at least for client solution expect to be tested on your solve problem skills since day first.

and the last question was the one I really didn't expect, i was mentally prepared on financial markets and indeed they ask to explain the reasoning to arrive mentally to the solution of the square root of 700 took me quite a bit to get on the question.
