Blank Shirts interview questions

I went in and spoke with the owner himself after a brief phone chat and email exchange. Unfortunately he turned out to be very unprofessional in person, and over email post interview. He berated former employees, asked interview questions which included my age and marital/family status, mentioned a temper problem which included throwing office equipment off of a second story balcony, and was very rude and unprofessional in the negotiation process. On the plus side he showed me around the work area and it was nice.
