Interview
Overall, the experience was positive and insightful, providing a clear picture of the agency's culture and expectations. They were looking for specific skills to apply to their specialisation so focused very heavily on my previous career experience and asked many questions, but in general it was a good balance of tough questions and more casual chat about my goals for the role etc..
One area for improvement could be providing more details about additional benefits they offer (aside form remote work), as this wasn't clear/covered on the call.

Can you give an example of a difficult client situation you were presented with and how you managed it carefully to balance agency priorities with client service/value?

Interview
I recently interviewed for the AM position at Blazon Agency. While the company claims a top global ranking in crowdfunding and offers a remote work environment, the interview process fell short.
Most concerning was the interviewer's sudden disinterest during the interview. Once it became apparent I lacked the specific experience they desired, their demeanour shifted dramatically. This unprofessional behaviour left me questioning the overall fit, despite the company's potential benefits.
It's positive that Blazon Agency at least responded, even if in the most generic way, in a job market known for ghosting candidates.

Interview
They reached out to me on a hiring platform and that was swiftly followed by a phone-call interview. This was a fairly informal chat about my previous work experience, what I had been doing since finishing university, hobbies and why I think I would be suitable for the role.
