I had an online assessment first, then I was invited to an online interview session. The interview was more discussion and conversation centric than asking questions and providing answers. It went longer than one and a half hour but never seemed boring, we exchanged a lot of information in a very friendly conversation. Then I had an on-site interview where some serious discussion took place, about the work culture, office environment, expectation from this position, salary negotiation and things like this. This was the complete interview process, after that the formalities and paperwork took place.
