Blue Lotus Communications interview questions

It is very ambitious process to hire someone at such a senior position. It was in-depth study of the individual. The HR is nice and very cooperative. The compensation is terrible. They are offering 5-10% hike just after appraisals.

There were two rounds. First was a telephonic round. Second was a face to face interview followed with a written test. I was asked to write a press release. They also check your verbal and written communication skills.
