Bluefors interview questions

A bit bland interview that did not really go anywhere. Nothing bad to add here, although the work could have been interesting. Company in phase of growing back office and details around it.

I ticked all the boxes in the job ad and when I called the recruiting manager, I was promissed that I would be called for an interview. After that I heard nothing from them for weeks. When I the called them, I was given this promise again. After some weeks I got a standard email saying I was not selected. When I contacted them and asked why I wasn’t even interviewd, I found out that they had looked for something completely else they had originally advertised. All in all this was the worst recruitment process I have ever experienced
