Interview
The interviewer asked me a lot of questions pertaining my skills. He was very knowledgeable about the industry. We also had a conversation and the latest trends in the industry.
It was by far the most amount of personality tests I've ever had to go through for a job interview, and that was only for making it through the phone screen. They'll say you're among just a few selected from a hundred applicants, probably to just keep you going. It's a waste of time and you can expect to be ghosted by them.
