Super casual and easy. One getting to know your boss and explaining your experience and one getting to know the founder of BT, really just getting to know you and if you've got the personality of the company.

The interviewer was looking for someone with strong writing and creative thinking skills. Needed someone they could groom as client-facing. The whole process was positive. Make sure you ask questions about the workplace culture.

Interview
I emailed back and forth with one of the project managers and we set a time for a phone interview. There ended up being 4-5 people on the phone, but it was very casual. We talked for about 30 minutes and they were all very nice and warm.
