Interview
Two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview with an HR member and the team leads. Starts off with generic questions, to work experience, followed by specific examples of work done and situations.

Question 1
Name a time where a coworker was not doing their part or slacking off, and how did you try to resolve this problem.
Name a time when you spoke up about safety concerns during work. How did you go about informing the team about your concerns? Would you have done anything different in hindsight?
The overall process took about eight weeks from start to finish. The background check was the longest part and took about 3 1/2 weeks. The interview was a standard structured interview, with predefined questions.
