Interview
You need to fill out an on-line application and resume. If Boeing is interested in your qualifications, you will be called in for an interview. Boeing will do a background check and you will be expected to take a drug test. If they like you and everything comes back OK, Boeing will send you an offer letter.

Not bad quite nice experience it is an eye opening experience and the people were quite nice overall and it was fun trying it overall i prepared for it and tried my best

contacted by email to submit more information, before an interview. Interview never happened, and I never heard from them again, despite my follow up emails. Looked like a good job, and I am disappointed in Boeing's customer service/HR team.
Boeing employs a structured interview process. It is very prescribed and you must answer in a particular way in order to be scored appropriately and rank higher in the interview process. Your ability to master the structured interview plays a big role in your chances to land the job, sometimes more than your actual experience.
