Boekestijn Transport Service interview questions

This is about Egala in Żerinki, Poland. 1. A screening phonecall witha suspiciously excited recruiter 2. They give you a test task in Figma, and 5 days to prepare it. They expect it to tak you 2-3 days. You're obviously not getting paid for that time. The task itself is fun (if design gives you joy) and kind of well prepared, but requires you to ask questions that they obviously won't be able to answer immediately. The task requires you to understand their real context and real digital tools (2 apps), so it's hard not to feel like you're being used. One month later they are looking to fill that position again. I wonder why!
