It was traditional Graphic Designer interview process. Being asked questions like behavioral, past experiences, skill sets, and portfolio walkthrough. People seems nice and friendly. Very female oriented organization. If you want to gain experience as a Junior Designer, and if you are comfortable working at small company, you will be a good fit.
