I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Aug 2011
Interview
Hour long phone interview started the process. Because there's not a fixed job description that you're applying for, you more or less sell yourself on your strengths and experiences. In consulting management, project/program management and client experience is heavily valued.
