I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Jan 2012
Interview
My resume was submitted by a current employee. Within a week I was contacted by recruiting at Booz Allen and a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interview consisted of basic questions about my qualifications and past work experience. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an in person interview which consisted of 1 on 1 interviews with 2 hiring managers who were both interested in me based on my resume and phone interview. A day or 2 later I received a phone call stating that I was going to be offered a position and the next day I received my offer letter in the mail.

Question 1
There weren't any truly difficult questions. If anything that was the most unexpected thing. The interview consisted of me discussing my past work experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Huntsville, AL) in Jun 2024
Interview
Simple technical questions not related to the job you will be working. They were very broad, but no coding challenges. The interview was 2 stage, a phone call and a technical portion.

Question 1
Describe a CI/CD pipeline and why you might use it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process was less technical than others in the sense that the interviewers cared to know more about how you would approach a problem than to see you write the actual code. They also asked more in-depth questions about my resume and the technologies used in the roles/projects listed. The downside was the recruiter's lack of communication. They were responsive before the interview but once I followed up after the interview, they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know the hiring team's decision. The security clearance portion also went in-depth about your life history including questions about credit, drug usage, tickets, etc.

Question 1
What is object-oriented programming? What are the principles of object-oriented programming? What is the difference between a class and an object?
Interview was done within a day. I went into an office and spoke with a bunch of managers who told me what they were doing to see if I was fit for their team. I was also asked technical questions by some of the managers. I would say it would be an easy question from leet code.
