I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Linthicum Heights, MD) in Jan 2010
Interview
They paraded multiple people in and asked me a battery of questions. Sometimes they had four people in the room at one time. They didn't know where I would fit in the organization, but they were hot to hire me. They lacked clear goals and objectives. The people I met didn't impress me and they couldn't answer many of my questions. Their technical competence was quite lacking.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions posed by the interviewers. In fact, they sent people in to interview me that had no idea how to answer my questions.
The interview process was fairly simple, they went through my resume and the interview questions were behavior based. I think if you prepare you’ll be fine. The panel that I interviewed with was straight to the point. However with all of the changes they are doing mass layoffs so be aware before accepting a role
