I met with HR and discussed the position and my work history, HR took that info back to the hiring manager and a meeting was scheduled for me to speak with the hiring manager. Once I met with the hiring manager I had a meet and greet with the Government customer.

Very intense processes where multiple groups interviewed you on the job and the culture of the company. The interview with the direct team was great, the interview with the upper levels from the company weren’t too bad but everything added together makes for a really intense process for a first round of interviewing.

Straight forward. No messing around. Panel of members that ask you several different questions. Some questions about experience and some scenario questions. Overall, I would say it was a good experience and would recommend learning about the company and the company's goals.

It was a panel of three people, but it was very low pressure and casual. It didn't even seem like an interview since the conversation flowed so well. There was no structured interview questions, but rather the inquiring and asking questions related to my current experience
