Smooth and laid back. More of a 360 type whole person evaluation than an attempt to stump you with difficult questions. Great experience all around. It gave me an opportunity to meet multiple levels of personnel across the team.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
