Booz Allen Hamilton Program Manager interview questions

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I interviewed with members of the team, the hiring manager and department lead. These were three separate interviews, of course. The team interview was more of a panel interview style which is also the most nerve-wracking for me, personally.

The recruiter and hiring manager were extremely personable. I had a wonderful interview experience with their team. It was much more conversational than I had expected but it was easy to understand what the team was looking for in their hires and what their values were. They were interested in finding good fits vs collecting people with certs and degrees.
