Boroondara City Council interview questions

Applied online, then received a phone interview about 2 weeks later, then in person interview a week later. Asked standard and scenario questions, along with what their mission statement is and goals.

I was interviewed by 3 employees who all asked questions and were taking notes of my answers with pen and paper. The interviewers were impressed with my skills and qualifications but one employee called me at a later date and informed me that they had not hired anyone during the recruitment process because they hadn't found the right candidate.
