Interview
The process is straight forward, test in coding skills and logical thinking and interview with HR and user. The HR is really nice, friendly, communicative and have good empathy there, I really respect the HR. Although the user is really harsh there, unclear instruction, interrupting my answer, unfriendly behavior and It seems the user doesn't really listen to people there. If the user will be my lead or manager, I don't think I'll like to work with the user.

I also felt it myself how the User was very harsh, underestimated candidates, unprofessional, gave unclear instructions and then blamed the candidates for that. He would even laugh at you if you didn't give the answer he wanted. So far, this has been the worst user interview I have ever had. So be aware.
However, I truly respect the HR representative. They were very nice and supportive, treated candidates with respect, and were kind and professional.

Interview
The interview was conducted online for approximately 1 hour. The interview contains a psychological test and a coding test regarding HTML. A psychological interview is like a regular interview for a few minutes.
