Challenging cases, but generally a nice experience and got to meet a lot of great people in the process, they really care about their people which is great, I can recommend trying to apply and see where things go

Interview
The HR interview was very positive, they asked why consulting, why BCG etc. It was done in a positive atmosphere. HR staff is really helpful, They answer all questions, even about pay and you can get many information.
First an online test at the BCG office, first round consisted of two 45min case interviews with managers. Finally, the second round was another two 45-60min case interviews with partners which were more heavily focused on behaviorals.
