Very friendly and relaxed during the whole process, made to feel welcome as soon as I got there. Got through the 'serious' part of the interview questions, then they asked to get to know me, kind of an 'informal chat'. Was told it may be a couple of weeks before I heard as they were in the process of moving premises. Heard back within 3 weeks, offered the job.
