Interview
Met with the owners of the hotel. We sat down in one of the hotel rooms to discuss the position and salary. They offered a very low amount which I counter offered with a reasonable starting salary. They finally agreed to my salary with a few additional benefits that I could receive if I met certain goals throughout the year.
