I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services (South Bend, IN) in May 2015
Interview
The hiring process was done by online application. The Interview was conducted by a panel and applicant was given three scenarios and was expected to do on the spot presentations. In the interview process, you were given 6 scenarios and asked to discuss them with other job seekers. This was different, however I found it challenging. One insight that I would offer is to rid thoughts of trying to figure out the method of talking over questions with your competition. My recommendation is that job seekers research the details of the job description if available. The outcome of the interview was I received an offer.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services in May 2011
Interview
Interview was set up via email by Regional HR Director. Interviewed by panel of 3. Each took turns asking behavioral questions from list. Very serious, and methodical. Did not go off script at all. They seemed to be looking for a specific answer to their pre-set questions. I found it difficult to clarify what they were asking.
Encourage candidates to prepare by going in with a list of accomplishments that they emphasize throughout the interview. Show how their accomplishments are critical to skills necessary for the position for which they are applying.
