Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work for Bright Star
Who referred you.
How did you get into this line of care
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at BrightStar Care (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Informal meeting in the office with the HR rep. Discussed previous experience, expectations, and availability. Offered position on spot. The process only took a few days and that is largely based on mutual availablity of yourself and the office staff. They are very informal both during the interview process and when you are employed there. This is an easy job to get, however you should be aware that this translates into unprofessionalism and lack of organization when you are working for them. They communicate through text messages, don’t follow HIPPA guidelines, and will not protect you if an incident ever occurs with a client even if it is not your fault.

Very relaxed and positive environment, The interviewer was friendly and fair. The questions weren't anything out of the ordinary. Right after the interview I was told I would get a call and I received a call the next day.
