Interview
My interview experience with BCA was overall very positive. The process itself was well-structured, professional, and the interviewers made me feel comfortable throughout. I appreciated the clear questions and the opportunity to discuss my experience in detail.
The only area that could be improved is communication around the specifics of the job role. It took a little longer than expected to receive clarity, which created some uncertainty during the process.
However, once the information was provided, everything moved smoothly. Overall, a good experience with just a small communication delay that, if improved, would make the process excellent.
