I applied online. I interviewed at Broadridge in Aug 2018
Interview
Had some overall background of my experience along with some whiteboard test questions. The HR was very nice however, the programmers that interviewed were very rude and condescending. Make sure you brush up on Java, SQL, and data structures such as hash tables. I would not want to work for this company, at least at the branch I interviewed for, just overall seemed full of ego.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Broadridge (Newark, NJ) in May 2018
Interview
I had a phone call and then an in-person interview. I was asked about my previous experience and why I wanted to work at Broadridge. There were two people in the interview and it took roughly 30 minutes. No technical questions.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Broadridge (Jersey City, NJ) in Mar 2018
Interview
After I applied online, I received an email stating that I would be contacted for the video interview. I was never contacted so I sent them an email. A day later I was sent the link for the video interview. I was then invited for a in person interview in NJ. The interview went well and I answered all their questions. I didn't hear anything for two weeks so i sent a follow-up email. I was told that someone will reach out to me soon . It's been two months no one reached out. I didn't matter if I got the job or not but a simple email would have been appreciated.
