Broadridge has conducted walk in interview as if there was huge requirement.. but they conducted first screening round.. then they said HR will contact you.
Later after 4 days they calld me to come for further interview rounds on week day.
I have cleared 2 rounds that day.. again they said HR ll cotact you later.
Again after 1 week they called for another round ..I though t it may b Hr round.. but again they conducted stress round interview asking non relavant questions... I went for testing position.. but they asking about developer questions..
I dont know why they conducted walk in..then again after 3 tech rounds.. in 4th round asking irrelevant questions nd later they didnt contact me.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Broadridge (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2022
Interview
Starts with a phone-screening, asking you questions mostly based on your personal information and skills. After you meet some basic criteria, you then move on to a second step which is a video interview. It takes about an hour.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Broadridge (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
Interview was typical QA interview, going through the SDLC. There were also some domain-specific questions around the trade lifecycle, FIX protocol, and how to handle testing in real-time trading environments. I had another round with a QA lead and a product manager where they focused more on my communication skills, ability to prioritize bugs under pressure, and experience working with developers and traders.
Overall, the process took about 2–3 weeks and was a mix of technical, domain knowledge, and soft skills assessment. Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable.
