Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What makes you different from any BA's for the role? Give me one example of a scenario where you've played the role of a key differentiator for a particular project & how that shaped its future?
I applied online. I interviewed at Broadridge in Feb 2022
Interview
One morning, I got a call from a Broadridge member that my profile has been shortlisted and I have my 1st round of technical interview in 3 hrs. Been through it and got a call from the same person the next day that I have my 2nd round in two hours. It was a great discussion and has been really insightful for me.
However, there has been no feedback from the HR/interviewers about my interviews for about 3 weeks, despite multiple calls and emails.
Seriously pathetic of such ghosting being done to any person interviewing for any position, especially by companies that boast of having multinational reach and diverse processes in place for their functioning.
A candidate deserves a feedback (however good or bad it might be) for having invested his/her time, and energy.
