There were a total of four interview rounds. The first round with the Team Lead was very basic, mainly to check and understand our sales acumen. The second round with the Manager included a live assignment — a mock call, prospecting skills test, and live email writing task. The third round with the Sales Director focused on understanding our experience. The fourth round was the HR round.
