Build Up Advisory Group interview questions

Have you do a one way interview, which was very poorly formatted with extremely broad questions but less than two minutes to answer. I personally dislike these interviews as it does not let me as a candidate understand the company or work dynamic, it just comes across as extremely low effort in the company’s part. I then had an interview with HR, which made me feel over qualified for the position. Very general questions. Had to do a work sample and writing sample which were unpaid at which point they got back to me a week later saying they went forward with other candidates. This was surprising as again, it was a very generic work sample and interview questions. I got the impression the position isn’t well structured and the organization is all over the place. Also the salary range was lower than I expected given the volume of work expected.
