There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first being an introductory phone call with the hiring manager, where they explained the role and its tasks.
The second interview was with the hiring manager and a specialist of the department. This time, they dived deeper into the requirements of the role, and you get to ask questions afterward.
After this, I was offered the internship but had to have a final interview with the head of HR and the head of the department I'll be interning in. This interview was more intense, and they had more questions for me. In the end, I also got to ask questions.
After 2 days, I officially got the internship.
The process was pretty quick, in my opinion. From the initial contact to the official offer, it took 7 business days. Do note this was for an internship. For an official position, the process may be different.
