Interview
It was a good process. I applied online for the position with my cover letter and resume and within 1 day was emailed to take a psych test. I finished that test and then in another 2 days I progressed to the video interview stage. It was almost an hour long video interview with questions about my previous work experience, some behavioural questions and a little information about the role and the company. Around a week later I was invited for an interview with a couple of managers which also followed a similar pattern as the video interview. It was in more detail and was basically to judge all round capabilities of the candidate. Here I got more information about the salary, timings, responsibilities etc. It was a good discussion with the managers, they were both lovely to talk to. And a week after that I was offered the role and I will be starting with them soon! Great interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a time where you could not give a certain level of customer service to a client/customer and the customer was not satisfied. How did you react to that situation.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bupa (Sydney) in Jun 2017
Interview
30 minutes, asked a lot of questions such as tell me about yourself, what are your strengths, what can you bring to the business, what do you do outside of work, why did you want to work for Bupa, and then they told me to sell the bottle of water in front of me. Then I had a few seconds to think then presented. Then they would ask me what I'd say to the customer if they weren't satisfied with the product. My advice is to use the STAR method to answer the questions. They wanna hear from your real work experiences, and remember to be confident, express yourself clearly and be passionate about the role.
