Question 1
Complex problem solving ability and customer service skills
Telephone based initially and if you are successful you would then be invited to a face to face interview at their office based in Staines. You would answer generic questions and then do a 2 situation role play to determine if you was mentally capable of taking verbal abuse from old people.
Positive And very encouraging interview process ,found it to be a flowing conversation and easy to talk to both interviewers. Is a great company who genuinely cares for there employees, only reason I left was because I did not enjoy the position.
