I applied online to Burlington. I waited approximately 1-2 weeks and I received a call to set up an interview. When I arrived at the store for the interview I was greeted by a manager and a couple of the assistant managers. My interview was conducted by the actual manager. It was a very laid back interview.

Very laid back. Very friendly people. They ask basic interview questions, for example “ tell me about yourself, How would you. Handle certain situations, what’s your availability, Are you okay with working weekends and holidays

The process was ok. The interview was ok. The new store is 0pening soon. There are many applicants. It will be interesting to see how they do against Target and BBB for staff.

Quick process. I did a walk-in because they were hiring immediately. I was determine to get a job today, and just so happen I was lucky.
One interview with store manager, one interview with operation manager.
