Interview
Pretty straight forward. Simple & easy. Really easy. Applied online. Got a phone call from the Hiring Manager a week later to come in for an interview. When to the interview and it was 1:1 , thank goodness. She asked pretty easy basic question but moreover telling more about the position and my availability. So then she introduced me to the Lead for the back room and got a chance to talk with her and then she took me back to the Hiring manager saying she likes me and I got hire on spot. It was sooooo. Easy. But also bring a resume. A must. Good thing too even tho they have it on file but they prefer to get a copy from u since they don't want to open it or unless there computer is slow. Then I did a background check took anoint a week or two. Then did some onlining paperworks . Then got a call to do training .
simple, straightforward and short, there weren’t many questions asked. My interview lasted 5 minutes. I met with general manager and spoke on availability and answered a few questions regarding experience but there was nothing that I didn’t know how to answer.

Interview was scheduled electronically as they have a talent agency screen their application which is only available online. Twenty minute interview, pretty straight forward. Went over my experience and what my long-term goals were and I was given a choice on which position I wanted to start with.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy considering that there were about 6 other people they were interviewing the same day I was. The manager was really nice and she helped to alleviate my nervousness because this was my first time working in retail sales. I have another job but I didn't have to really go through an extensive interview and I already knew everyone there, unlike at Burlington. But it went really well and I heard back from them within a few days.
