Social Media and Content Coordinator Interview

      28 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at By Amica

      Interview

Interviewed here about a year ago. Founder expected me to know exactly everything about their store and seemed really arrogant. Never even heard about this brand until I saw an ad posting on Seek. After the interview, found out this role was going to be a lowly $55,000 so they were probably going to work you like a dog. I'd rather work at McDonald's and would probably get paid more there. After the interview, I got an email where I had to answer a bunch of questions AND do some draft/mockup social media work to get to the next stage... Didn't do it and didn't even reply to them and that was that. What a joke and waste of my time.
