Interview
The interview was driven by HR and the head of the development. It took place in company's office.
The atmosphere was very friendly, I was asked several questions about my previous jobs I enumerated in my CV. Also they tested my English by having a short conversation.
Then I was given a test that covered programming (Java, C, Assembler), solving logical puzzles (e.g. sequences), and also UML and SQL. The test was adequate for the position.
The interview was mainly focused on technical skills. I didn't get questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years", or "Tell me about yourself".
After few days, I was given a job offer that I accepted.

There were 5 rounds of interviews ending with a HR interview.
Level of questions asked increased during each round but still the questions were of moderate level

Reached out buy recruiter and was invited to video call. Failed to organize video call two times and I offered facetoface meeting. Meeting was nice but technical questions was too deep.
