Very thorough and extremely human yet professional. The pre screening interview was one hour and very detailed. The HR recruiter was very professional and human and was animated which provided a relaxed interview. I was 100% authentic and honest and it appeared to have made a very good impression.

The hiring process was very long; it took about two months to get the first interview. Then I got other two more interviews. The total timeframe was about 3-4 months.

I applied online for the role and after 3 weeks I got a call from HR. Met with HR and the conversation went well as I walked HR through my experience and skill sets. Moved on to the next step to speak with the Hiring Manager.

1 - Première entrevue téléphonique avec une personne RH ultra rapide -personne convient
2 - Puis entrevue avec le directeur du département qui recrutait durée 45mn -1 h
3- ensuite entrevue avec le directeur et un VP

en revanche aucun suivi / personne n'a appelé pour me donner une réponse / après les avoir relancé 3 fois / j'ai toujours pas de nouvelles - je trouve ça très ordinaire !!! je sais que le poste a été comblé.
