Initial screening through HR via Zoom video call, follow up 1 hour Zoom call with Program Manager (includes a 5 slide, 10 min presentation you make on a system of an aircraft of your choice).

Interview
The first interview with the HR lady was very casual. The second interview with the Training Manager and lead instructor mostly behavioral questions and details about the job description and CAE work schedule.
