CAMH Program Officer interview questions

Interviewed for the position a month ago and was given an assignment with a 48 hour deadline to complete. At the end of the interview was told the decision may not happen for a few more weeks as the manager was going to be away, which didn't really feel fair given the 48 hour deadline for the unpaid assignment. A month later reached out to HR and heard nothing back. Extremely disappointing especially given that I am a former employee who was previously in this role. Disheartening experience.
