Sneaky weird legal contracts. They are saying they want a full-time worker, but in reality, they have a bunch of contractors forced to be in the office all the time. From what I saw they are probably violating the local labour code. 'successful success first, people last' and bro-culture. Almost no benefits compared to the local job market. Some of the questions I was asked were just inappropriate - I felt like I needed to justify my nationality verbally based on their questions, I guess most people would call that racist based on their content.
