Interview
Very expedited interview process. Quick video recording on HireVue and then a video call. Mostly behavioral questions and they sent resources ahead of time on how to use the STAR method which I appreciated. Overall interview process was nice but I was super thrown off by the low compensation, which they also admitted was low.

Name a vital contribution you made to a team effort.
Went through a series of three interviews. After the final interview, waited a while to hear back, to be told they went with a different candidate. Didn’t understand why it took so long to hear back.
pretty bad interview process did not enjoy the process, and called me but did not return the call after after decided to cancel all interviews with the company when I found out that the pay would be less than at other jobs

Interview
HR rep over the phone was very nice and covered a lot of the details of the position in our initial phone call. Gave me a great starting point to see if I wanted to move forward with the interview process.
