I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CERo Therapeutics (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews with the CEO that ended in a formal full day interview. Gave a formal 1h presentation and spent the entire day talking to the team. It seemed interview was well received but after that all communications were cut. Reached out numerous times but no response on any level despite an informal offer had been extended during the 1 day interview. Highly unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CERo Therapeutics (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied for one job, but got bait and switched during the face to face interviews for another job. One of the interviewers also bad mouthed my previous employer. Hiring managers seemed nice and would be glad to work under them if I wasn't bait and switched with a role I was not interested in. Interview was not really productive. Got the general vibe they have a lot to do and not enough people, meaning overworked employees. I won't be applying here a second time.

Question 1
"Oh you worked here? I worked with them (previous employer) before. They weren't really good"
