I was first called for a HR related interview after submitting my CV online, and the process after sending my first CV was quite fast since it took less than 5 days. The HR interview was basically used for understand one's motivation to apply for CGI, get to know a bit the company facts and culture and see if there was a fit with my profile. The person that interviewed me was quite nice and helped for the environment to be a very relaxed one. After this HR interview there was also a technical interview with 2 managers from the project where the position was open. Even if it was a good talk and I managed to get to know a bit more about their work tools, I was a bit disappointed because we went over the same kind of HR stuff and there wasn't that much technical stuff involved in it.
