First interview with C-Suite leader to be supporting, Second interview with other directors, third interview with peers. Each time, the same questions starting with "give me an example", were asked and worded differently. No response back for MONTHS from recruiter after the 3rd interview, only a form letter sent. Horrible communication.

Tell us about a time when you disagreed with a co-worker. This question was asked twice during the same interview, only worded differently. Does not produce a fair opportunity for candidate to answer without appearing repetitive. This happened three times during a one hour interview
