Remote interview done through skype by 2 underwriting managers and it went pretty great. I applied through internal Cibc system and reached out by managers to schedule an interview. It was a session of 8-10 questions including past experience and current job duties.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC in May 2021

HR and Management above your direct manager conduced the interview. It was a part time student rule and first time being offered so Management were still unsure of all the specifics at the interview.
